Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed off to our carrier within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your box leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Destination & Speed

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Ships in 3-7 business days from our US fulfillment partner.

Shipping Cost

A flat $5.99 Standard Shipping rate applies to every order, regardless of size. Shipping is calculated at checkout and added to your order total before payment.

Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive an email containing a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, reach out via the email used at checkout and we'll look into it.

Delays

Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control (weather, holidays, volume). These estimates are not guarantees. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
